New Support Experience: Promptly Open Tickets to Escalate Device Issues

Encountering an issue with your device is no fun, but getting assistance from your manufacturer just became easier! 

You can now quickly open a ticket to your manufacturer* directly through the device view. Simply click on Support Open Ticket and ask for assistance.

Any tickets related to that device will be visible in the Tickets tab and the device view so you can easily track their status. By clicking on one of the tickets, you can now see all the device details together with your support chat.

Combining information, communication, and control on the same tab helps you quickly get the support you need to keep your devices constantly up and running.
