Glean device insights at a glance with new visualizations + UX improvements

New Dashboard Widgets

Two new widgets designed to help monitor and deliver insights on your connected devices are now available for your Organization Overview dashboard. To add the widgets to your dashboard, click on “Edit Dashboard” and then “Add Widgets.”

Average Age of Incidents: Visualize the age of open incidents and help prioritize which incidents require the most urgent attention. You may determine the values (seconds, minutes, hours) most helpful for reviewing open incidents. Incidents can also be shown by severity level.

Devices Per Space: See an overview of your devices across each individual space.To add the widgets to your dashboard, click on “Edit Dashboard” and then “Add Widgets.”

Device Tiles UX Improvement

We have also improved the look and feel of the device tiles on the Organization Overview dashboard. The new design enables you to quickly scan their device fleet and more easily glean information on incidents, device status, and more.
