When you need help or experience issues related to device claiming, a new support pop up allows you to report the issue directly in the platform. A form to request support is now available from the top navigation menu, from the device claiming popup, and from the device claiming troubleshooting popup. Your request will be delivered to the manufacturer’s support contact.
