Manage Device Workflows in One Place

Manage all device workflows from a single centralized view, making it easier to monitor and update automations across your device fleet, and, for MSPs, across all customer environments.

Workflows can be created directly from any device table or from an individual device view, allowing users to automate tasks from wherever they’re working in the platform. Schedule commands for routine actions – such as device checks, reboots, or input resets – to run automatically on a daily or weekly basis. Workflows run according to the space’s timezone; to ensure that this is working properly, go to the space’s Settings > General > Location (the timezone will be taken automatically from the location).

For larger deployments, bulk workflows allow users to schedule the same command across multiple devices of the same model in just a few clicks, helping scale automation and reduce manual work.
