More control for cloud-managed devices

We've introduced three new remote actions to help teams manage devices connected through existing cloud integrations with less manual effort.

For Zoom Rooms on Windows and Mac, users can now upgrade the Zoom app version directly from Xyte, making it easier to keep meeting spaces running on the right software version without local access.

For devices connected through either the BrightSign cloud (BSN.cloud) or Neat Pulse users can now send a remote reboot command from Xyte, helping teams recover devices faster and reduce the need for on-site support.

Coming soon: users will be able to send firmware update commands for Brightsign devices through Xyte.
