Customers Dashboard for MSPs: View every customer environment at a glance
For MSPs managing multiple customers, we've launched a dedicated Customers Dashboard, a high-level command center that gives you instant visibility into room health across your entire portfolio, all in one place.
The Customers Dashboard includes:
Global room health: An at-a-glance summary of health status across all rooms, with a direct link to the Rooms screen to dig deeper.
Global VIP rooms health: A dedicated view of VIP room status, linking to the Rooms List filtered by VIP rooms with active errors so you can prioritize what matters most.
Active incidents: A live count of open incidents across all customers, with a link to the Incidents screen for immediate action.
Customer tiles: A card for each customer showing total room count, a breakdown of healthy rooms by status, VIP room count, and a quick link to the Rooms screen filtered to that customer.
The Customers Dashboard only appears for organizations with more than one customer, so single-customer accounts won't see irrelevant navigation.
