Customizable Dashboard Widgets 👩🏽‍🔧

You can add customize your dashboard by adding applicable widgets. To do this, click the spinning wheel icon on the right and drag the required widget from the available list to your dashboard

Move and Resize Widgets 🧮

To move, delete or customize a widget (changing its position or size), hover over the widget tile and use the buttons that appear to reconfigure to your preference

Fresh Services Integration 🛎️

Seamless integration with Fresh Services will allow IT help desk teams and service providers to centrally manage all their tickets within Fresh Service. Bidirectional communications ensure tickets are up to date within Fresh Service and Xyte platforms

Q-SYS Reflect Integration 🖥️

Connecting Q-SYS devices through the Q-SYS Reflect cloud allows admins to easily manage and monitor Q-SYS supported devices in Workplace by Xyte, getting alerts and triggering service tickets and notifications through to your support desk ticketing system
